Communicating

Rice and wheat bread are the most common staple foods, with meat and vegtable stews being common as well. Fresh fruits, dates, and havla are favorite desserts. Sprices like mint, saffron, and parsley are also common. 

Clothing to wear

Wearing more formal clothing is better. Women have to cover everything exept hands and face visible in public. Iraninan Islamic law forbids wearing a bathing suit  by females over the age of nine.
